4. Buy an online course, (Expensive and ineffective)
5. Hire a coach (Expensive)
Our platform translates ideas and actions into small segments that are easy to digest, actionable and supported by a community for motivation. The app will provide three things that are fundamental to building any habit or skill – Ability to do (by keeping it small) and Trigger (reminder) and Motivation through the community.
The app will provide well curated ideas and actions that each person can easily implement and keep him or herself accountable.
